Dr John L. Gauci
Dr John L. Gauci is a Maltese advocate practising principally in civil and commercial law, public procurement, construction-related matters and dispute resolution. He advises businesses, public bodies and individuals, and represents parties before the Maltese courts, the Public Contracts Review Board and specialist tribunals.
Admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2007, Dr Gauci established Gauci Legal in 2011 after practising in litigation. His work covers both advisory and contentious matters: contracts are approached with enforcement in mind, while disputes are examined against the underlying bargain and the complete documentary record.
Dr Gauci acts as counsel and arbitrator. He is listed on the Malta Arbitration Centre’s General Civil, General Commercial, Construction & Infrastructure and other specialist panels.
